Paris - March 2015

Another trip I had with my mother. She is utterly in love with France, so when a spontaneous idea of going to Paris as a city-break came up, we both instantly agreed. I bet Paris is such a place that you can go there a number of times, and each time discover something completely new.
It was my second time to Paris, when I went there for the first time I was only 12 years old and couldn't admire its magnificent architctural heritage. I recall that ack then the main attraction was Disneyland.
On the second trip I was 19 years old and in the middle of my first year of architecture studies. I still had no idea what was contemporary architecture really about, however I already had taken History Of Architecture classes and studied the architecture of middle ages. I remember when we entered Notre Dame chapel I told my mom all about it that I learned and she gave me a strange look and asked me "did you really had to learn all the details or are you making this up?" No, i wasn't making this up. But I wish I remembered all of these history facts right now.

I can barely recall what did we see in which order. I bet the pictures will tell it better than I would. We stayed in a hotel in the heart of Montmartre, just by Abesses metro station.
